Children's Privacy

Parents are in charge

• Children never sign up, log in or have their own accounts or email.
• Only a parent or guardian can add a child, using just a first name or nickname and grade.
• Kid Mode runs on the parent's device and is protected by a parent PIN.

What we keep about children

Only what you choose to add: first name, grade, checklist progress, stars and streaks, feelings check-ins, reading logs and work photos for the portfolio. We don't ask for birthdays, addresses, or contact details for kids.

What we never do

• No ads, ever — and no advertising or tracking aimed at children.
• No chat with strangers, no public profiles, no sharing outside your household.
• We never sell children's information or use it to build profiles.

Your rights as a parent

You can review, change or delete your child's information anytime in Settings. To have everything removed, email hello@thedigitalhomemaker.com and we'll delete it within 30 days.
