Terms of Service

Who can use it

Accounts are for parents and guardians age 18 or older. You're responsible for your account, the people you invite (like a spouse or co-parent) and how your children use Kid Mode.

Free trial & pricing

• New households get a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, plans are $9.99 per month or $89 per year, covering your whole household — unlimited kids.
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. We'll show any price change before it applies to you.

Cancelling & refunds

Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged. If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@thedigitalhomemaker.com within 14 days and we'll make it right.

Your content

Your family's plans, photos, reading logs and records belong to you. We only use them to run the app for you. You can export or print your records and delete your data at any time.

Fair use

Please don't misuse the service, try to access other families' data, or resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI suggestions & records

Lesson plan ideas are suggestions — please review them for your child. Kingdom Klass Dash helps you keep records, but you're responsible for meeting your state's homeschool requirements.

The service

We work hard to keep the app available and your data safe, but it's provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes
