What we collect

• Your account: name, email and sign-in details.
• What you add: children's first names and grades, subjects, lesson plans, reading logs, photos, notes and attendance.
• Billing: payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• Basic usage: simple technical info (like device type and errors) so we can fix problems.

How we use it

Only to run the app for your family: showing your plans, syncing with your co-parent, creating your year-end records, and answering support questions.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your data.
• No advertising and no ad trackers.
• We never share your family's information with anyone outside your household, except the service providers that help us run the app (hosting, payments, email), who must keep it safe.

AI lesson ideas

When you ask for a lesson plan, we send only the details needed (like grade, subject and topic) to generate it. Your photos and records are not used to train AI.

Keeping it safe

Your data is stored securely and private to your household. Photos and logos live in private storage that only your household can open.

Your choices

You can view, edit, export or delete your information anytime. To delete your whole account, email hello@thedigitalhomemaker.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.
